Full Mourning Moon/Lunar Eclipse Reading 11/19/21

I felt drawn to use this tarot deck because of the energies of the Lunar Eclipse and because it reminds me a bit of my cousin, who’s birthday it is today too.
Full Moons are for intuition, fulfillment and completion. Remember that with today’s reading!

Seven of Cups

“THE MESSAGE: The Seven of Cups is a card of choice and temptations. If you have been overindulging in thoughts of fantasy or illusion in regards to your life, now would be a good time to ground yourself and make a concrete plan. What route are you going to take, in order to move forward with clarity and success? How are you going to share your talents and skills with the world? Overcome your fears and make a loving commitment to yourself.

Additional Meanings: Wishful thinking, Daydreaming, Unrealistic expectations or thoughts, Temptations, Options”

Two of Swords

“THE MESSAGE: If you find yourself at a crossroads, it is time to trust your inner voice and intuition. There is a need for balance between two or more opposing forces in your life. Any big decisions you need to make must be acknowledged and addressed. Do not fear potential outcomes, as fear will only hold you back from finding a positive solution. Have the courage to trust in yourself.

Additional Meanings: Equilibrium, Peace and Justice, Truth, Self-doubt, Strength”

Queen of Swords

“THE MESSAGE: Your strength and powers of discernment are needed at this time. You may need to detach your inner emotions or fears from your given situation in order to make an objective decision. A need for an unbiased opinion about something. Look to all of the facts before making any judgements. Think with your head this time, as opposed to your heart.

Additional Meanings: Independent, Perfectionist, Intellectual, Articulate, Impartial, Honest”

My Interpretation…

This reading is heavy with overcoming fear and setting it aside.
In your past you’ve been daydreaming about what you want in life. It’s time to make big decisions and trust your intuition, form a concrete plan and put it into action. Take fear out of the equation. Really analyze the situation you are in and make unbiased decisions based on facts and not emotions. Sometimes following your heart is right and amazing. Other times it can get in the way of moving past things that aren’t right for you (such as toxic relationships). See through the mists and past propaganda to the core of what something really is. Our world needs more of this these days.
